What's On
The Carnival
The Moulton Carnival Parade is one of the original Moulton Village Festival traditions that sees everyone take to the streets showcasing the vibrant floats and fancy dress costumes that people have made for the occasion. Starting at 2:00pm the parade winds through the heart of the village, headed up by the May Queen being pulled along by the Moulton Morris Dancers.
The Stalls
Moulton Public Gardens and Barlow Lane are transformed each year to host Stalls for the annual village fair, providing a wide range of entertainment and shopping opportunities for visitors of all ages.
The stalls feature a variety of fun games, such as hook a duck and bouncy castles, which are sure to keep children entertained for hours on end. In addition, there are many small, local businesses selling their handmade products, including jewellery, crafts, and food. So be sure to take a stroll through the Public Gardens and Barlow Lane to explore the many stalls on offer – you never know what treasures you might find!
The May Queen
The Moulton Festival is home to Moulton’s May Queen tradition. This year’s May Queen will be crowned at 10:00am in the Public Gardens. The May Queen will then lead the Parade along with the Moulton Morris Dancers.

Many local businesses donate a large amount of their profits or give a generous amount of time to give back into the community. These partners can be found on our homepage.
